Unfortunately, sometimes the process does not work like it should. Nevertheless, we are committed to making whatever went wrong as right as possible. Please review the policy below so that we can rectify the situation as quickly as we can.

Return AuthorizationBefore returning any product, please contact customer service to obtain a return authorization. All items leave the warehouse in perfect condition. If damage occurs in transit, then will require photos of the damaged box and contents. This claim must be made within 5 days of receiving the product. The buyer will be sent a return authorization which must accompany the return shipment or asked to hold on to the merchandise and packaging for 5-7 days until the shipping claim inspector can verify the claim. Once the merchandise is received or claim is verified, a replacement will be sent. The buyer must cover the cost of return shipping if necessary.
Undamaged MerchandiseAll returns of undamaged merchandise will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We STRONGLY encourage everyone to use the sizing tools to ensure that the wrong size is not purchased. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping costs.
ShortagesAll claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
Time Requirement on Refunds/ExchangesFor all returns or exchanges, the buyer needs to contact customer service within 5 days from the product arrival date with explanation of the problem. Anything beyond 5 days will be up to the seller's discretion and may be declined.
